Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Par-Tee On Wheels. By booking our mobile mini golf rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before reserving your event.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event, prior to setup.

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and checks (with valid ID).

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once if the request is made at least 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours before the event may require full payment, depending on the situation.

Weather Policy

  • Par-Tee On Wheels operates outdoors; therefore weather can affect setup.

  • If weather conditions (rain, storms, high winds, flooding, etc.) make the setup unsafe or impossible, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.

  • No refunds will be offered for weather-related issues, only rescheduling.

4. Setup Requirements

​

  • Client must provide a flat, level surface large enough for the mini golf course.

  • Areas must be free of hazards, debris, mud, or standing water.

  • Par-Tee On Wheels staff will determine if the area is safe for setup.

  • Client must ensure access for parking and unloading (trucks/trailers).

5. Use of Equipment

​

  • Client is responsible for ensuring guests use equipment safely.

  • No running, rough play, or misuse of the course or golf clubs.

  • Damage due to negligence, misuse, or vandalism may result in repair/replacement fees.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Liability

​

  • Par-Tee On Wheels is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behavior, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

  • By booking, client agrees to hold Par-Tee On Wheels harmless from any claims related to the use of the mini golf course or equipment.

7. Client Responsibilities

​

  • Provide accurate event details (location, time, contact info).

  • Ensure event space is ready before the setup time.

  • Provide access to restrooms or water if required for staff (for long events).

  • Ensure pets, vehicles, and obstacles are removed from the setup area.

8. Photos & Marketing

​

  • Par-Tee On Wheels may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing before the event.

9. Service Area

​

  • Par-Tee On Wheels operates in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.

  • Events outside this area may include a travel fee, calculated by mileage.

​

​

10. Agreement

​

By booking an event with Par-Tee On Wheels, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
